CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN MIX PEPPER
Ingredients
Breading mix- Maize flour, Common salt, Flavour enhancer (E621), Spice extracts
Pepper chicken marinade- Maize flour, Common salt, Black pepper, Sucrose, Flavour enhancer (E621), Spice extracts, Acidifying agents
Instructions
- Preapare a paste by mixing the AL KEF Pepper Chicken Marinade powder with 20 ml of water.
- Marinate this paste onto 1 kg of cleaned chicken pieces.
- Keep 1 hr for marination.
- After 1 hr, use Al kef breading mix to coat the marinated chicken.
- Use a deep bottomed pan to heat enough oil for deep frying.
- Deep fry for 10-12 minutes in low flame.
- Cook till its golden brown, crisp and cooked thorough and strain it.
- Serve it hot with a salad, dip or ketchup.
