CHILLI CHICKEN MASALA

METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Take 30g of the mix, 30g of corn flour, ginger-garlic paste & some water to make a thick paste.
- Marinate on 1kg Chicken and deep fry and keep aside.
- Saute ginger, garlic, green chilly and add onion cubes and capsicum cubes and mix well.
- Add the remaining chilli chicken mix, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilly sauce and saute for 3 min.
- Add water, adjust salt and bring to boil.
- Mix 20g corn flour with 100ml water and add this solution to the mix until the gravy gets the requires consistency.
- Finally add the fried chicken pieces and cook for 2 min and serve hot.
