METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Take 30g of the mix, 30g of corn flour, ginger-garlic paste & some water to make a thick paste.
  2. Marinate on 1kg Chicken and deep fry and keep aside.
  3. Saute ginger, garlic, green chilly and add onion cubes and capsicum cubes and mix well.
  4. Add the remaining chilli chicken mix, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilly sauce and saute for 3 min.
  5. Add water, adjust salt and bring to boil.
  6. Mix 20g corn flour with 100ml water and add this solution to the mix until the gravy gets the requires consistency.
  7. Finally add the fried chicken pieces and cook for 2 min and serve hot.
