CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN MIX CLASSIC

Ingredients

BREADING MIX- Maize flour, Common salt, Flavour enhancer (E621), Spice extracts

CLASSIC CHICKEN MARINADE- Maize flour, Common salt, Emulsifier (E451), Flavour enhancer (E621), Spice extracts

Instructions

  1. Preapare a paste by mixing the AL KEF Classic Chicken Marinade powder with 20 ml of water.
  2. Marinate this paste onto 1 kg of cleaned chicken pieces.
  3. Keep 1 hr for marination.
  4. After 1 hr, use Al kef breading mix to coat the marinated chicken.
  5. Use a deep bottomed pan to heat enough oil for deep frying.
  6. Deep fry for 10-12 minutes in low flame.
  7. Cook till its golden brown, crisp and cooked thorough and strain it.
  8. Serve it hot with a salad, dip or ketchup.
