MANCHURIAN MASALA
Ingredients
Common salt, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Clove powder, Black pepper powder, Soya sauce powder, Flavour enhancer (E 635)
Instructions
How to prepare
1. Cut one medium cleaned cauliflower into small pieces, soak it in hot water for 3 minutes.
2. Mix 25g “AL KEF MANCHURIAN MASALA” with water to make a paste with no lumps. Marinate the cauliflower with the paste and keep it for at least 15minutes.
3. In a frying pan add some oil and deep fry the pieces on low flame. Remove it from oil and keep aside.
4. Take 2 medium onions, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 small piece ginger, a small capsicum and cut into small pieces. Saute them in the same oil.
5. Cook for 3 minutes and add 2tbsp soya sauce, 2tbsp tomato sauce, and add salt if needed.
6. Mix 1tbsp of corn flour in 2tbsp of water to make a paste, add it into the pan and cook until thick gravy consistency.
7. Add the fried cauliflower pieces and stir well. You can add more water to adjust the thickness of gravy.
8. Garnish it with chopped celery and serve hot.
