NOODLES MASALA

Ingredients

 Sugar, Common salt, Edible oil, Mango powder, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Coriander, Cumin powder, Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder, Chilly powder, Green chilly powder, Flavour enhancer (E 635)

How to Prepare

Boil 2 ½ cups of water in a large vessel with ½ tsp oil and salt.

Add 200g noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 mins or till its cooked, stir occasionally.

Strain the noodles and rinse them in cold water. Strain again and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped vegetables/cooked meat of your choice and saute it, then add 25g of “AL KEF NOODLES MASALA”.

Now add the cooked noodles to it. Stir well and switch off the flame.
