TANDOORI MASALA

Common salt, Sugar, Edible oil, Mango powder, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Ginger powder, Coriander powder, Red chilli , Turmeric , Black pepper, Cumin, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Flavour enhancers (E 635)

How to prepare

Cut & clean 1 kg chicken, make incisions on the pieces for the marination to go all the way inside. (Preferably chicken leg/breast)

Mix 50 g of “AL KEF TANDOORI MASALA” with 5 tablespoon of curd. Marinate the chicken with paste and keep aside for at least 2 hours.

Melt 2 tsp of melted butter on a pan and place the marinated chicken and grill for 3-4 minutes in low flame. Flip side and cook till both sides are soft and cooked.

Serve tandoori chicken with sliced onions, carrots and lemon wedges.
